Sales Director

Wolt is growing its business in Denmark and is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth.
Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with restaurants, negotiating partnership terms, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of leads and contact them systematically
- Book meetings and visit restaurants on-site to pitch Wolt
- Travel 5-15 days every month to launch new cities across Denmark
- Negotiate partnership terms and conditions
- Ensure seamless handover to the merchant onboarding team
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales methodologies and processes
- Making sound business decisions based on data analysis
Requirements:
- You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where we celebrate results
- You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves
- You are a strong communicator with fundamental commercial understanding
- You are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience working in CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is also a plus
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of approximately 70,000 - 90,000 DKK per year, depending on experience.
