We're looking for a talented Growth Lead to take our product marketing to the next level, driving revenue growth through effective positioning, messaging, and packaging. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function from scratch, working closely with the leadership team and sales executives.
About you:
- You possess at least 5 years of experience in product or growth marketing roles within high-growth B2B enterprise startups.
- You excel at developing customer-centric strategies, fostering strong relationships, and gathering valuable insights to inform your approach.
- You have a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into engaging marketing narratives, showcasing your exceptional storytelling skills.
- You're a proactive problem-solver, adept at navigating ambiguity and iterating on solutions based on early learnings.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging competitive analysis and customer research to drive informed decision-making.
- Create compelling product narratives and messaging that establish Electricity Maps as a thought leader in the industry.
- Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitor activity to refine targeting and identify emerging growth opportunities.
