Job SummaryWe're looking for a Senior Channel Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Partnerships department, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing high-value relationships with accountants and consultants. Your goal will be to drive growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring that Pleo becomes the go-to solution in each market.
Key Responsibilities- Inherit and grow a portfolio of high-value accountant partners
- Launch and scale our consulting partner community
- Nurture and develop lasting relationships with partners
- Tailor plans to achieve joint partnership goals
- Danish and English fluency (additional Swedish fluency is a plus)
- Experience in building long-lasting B2B relationships
- Revenue track record in sales and/or account management
- A strategic and analytical mindset
- Ambition, strong motivation, and positive attitude
- Exceptional people skills, including listening abilities, empathy, and curiosity
- Executive presence and ability to command a room
- Hustle and independence
