Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Channel Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Partnerships department, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing high-value relationships with accountants and consultants. Your goal will be to drive growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring that Pleo becomes the go-to solution in each market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inherit and grow a portfolio of high-value accountant partners
  • Launch and scale our consulting partner community
  • Nurture and develop lasting relationships with partners
  • Tailor plans to achieve joint partnership goals
Requirements
  • Danish and English fluency (additional Swedish fluency is a plus)
  • Experience in building long-lasting B2B relationships
  • Revenue track record in sales and/or account management
  • A strategic and analytical mindset
  • Ambition, strong motivation, and positive attitude
  • Exceptional people skills, including listening abilities, empathy, and curiosity
  • Executive presence and ability to command a room
  • Hustle and independence
