Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join our team at the Biotech Research and Innovation Centre. The position is a 3-year postdoc role that focuses on ribosome heterogeneity and specialized translation.

The research project will explore how pathological translation programs contribute to colorectal cancer development using mouse and human organoid cultures. Key techniques include ribosome profiling, RiboMeth-seq, and mass spectrometry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD in biomedical or natural sciences with experience in molecular and cellular biology
  • Proficient communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Excellent English language skills
Benefits

The average weekly working hours are 37 hours per week. Salary, pension, and other conditions of employment are set according to the Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and AC (Danish Confederation of Professional Associations). The monthly salary starts at approximately $5,171 USD.

The position includes benefits such as 17.1% contribution to your pension fund and tax reductions for PhD holders who have not lived in Denmark for the past 10 years.
