We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Deal Maker to join our team at Angove Partners in Copenhagen.
About the Role:The Corporate Deal Maker will be responsible for evaluating risks, developing insurance solutions, and managing a consistent pipeline of deal flow. This position requires close collaboration with underwriters and intermediaries to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:- Analysing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
- Directly working on live deals
- Engaging and communicating with insurance underwriters, lawyers, and investment management professionals
A successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law or M&A Insurance. They will also possess strong business development, sales, and legal skills.
