We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a quota-carrying executive in the Nordics region. You'll be responsible for scaling our revenue growth, navigating complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses, and partnering with our CEO on GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • SCALE REVENUE GROWTH: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • CLOSE DEALS: Negotiate and close deals with existing customers, securing mid-five and low-six figure contracts.
  • PARTNER WITH CEO ON GTM STRATEGY: Collaborate with our CEO to develop and execute a successful go-to-market strategy, expanding our ideal customer profile and finding success in new sectors and geographies.
  • HELP DEVELOP SALES PROCESSES: Experiment with different messaging and outbound strategies, developing effective sales processes that drive results.
About You

You're a highly ambitious and hard-working sales professional with 3-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS sales role or comparable field. You're entrepreneurial, competitive, and care deeply about your career. You've got a track record of exceptional performance, good commercial intuition, and the ability to build rapport, influence people, and drive change.

We're looking for someone who's intelligent, has a growth mindset, and can rapidly understand our product inside and out. You're an outstanding communicator, verbal, written, and when presenting.
