European Sales Expansion Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to drive the growth of our existing customer base and develop new markets in the Nordic region.

About the Role

In this key position, you will leverage Allegro's established sales channels to cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers, fostering sales growth and identifying new opportunities.

This home office role reports directly to the Europe West Sales Director and is based in either Stockholm, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create new business opportunities for Allegro's existing products in the automotive and industrial market, focusing on complex motor drivers, analogue and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.
  2. Identify and close new opportunities, utilizing your technical sales expertise and industry knowledge.
  3. Develop relationships with key decision-makers and understand their strategies to align with Allegro's goals.
  4. Analyze complex business situations and provide solutions in a global and challenging technical environment.
  5. Respond to inquiries, facilitate price quotes, and negotiate agreements with customers.
  6. Identify and pursue new accounts and markets within the territory.
  7. Assess market needs to introduce new product offerings that meet customer demands.
  8. Collaborate with Management to develop and implement strategic sales plans that drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales and customer management.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) is mandatory, along with native language skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally.
  • Good organizational skills and willingness to travel (approximately 3-4 days a week).
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year
