Job Description

As a Senior Sales Account Manager at Renesas Electronics, you will play a key role in deepening relationships with customers and distribution sales teams, while driving business growth and market share. Your primary focus will be on outperforming key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying new design opportunities, and working closely with the team of Renesas Field Application Engineers (FAEs) supporting the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution sales teams
  • Drive business growth and market share through strategic account planning and execution
  • Identify and pursue new design opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with FAEs to provide technical support and solutions to customers
  • Accurately track and forecast revenue to ensure business growth and profitability
  • Communicate effectively with engineers and distribution FAEs to design-in Renesas technologies on new design opportunities
  • Think strategically to focus on the right accounts and drive business growth
  • Have the business acumen to grow Renesas business and market share

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in the semiconductor industry or similar
  • Proven ability to develop relationships internal and external
  • Engineering/Technical degree preferred
