Senior Sales Account Manager

At Renesas Electronics, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and distribution sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Deepen relationships with customers and distribution sales teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Outperform key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new design opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with our team of Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to support the region and drive sales growth.
- Accurately track and forecast revenue to ensure business growth and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution, engineering, procurement, and executive business unit (BU) levels.
- Have the business acumen to grow Renesas business and market share.
- Proven track record in the semiconductor industry or similar.
- Proven ability to develop relationships internal and external.
- Engineering or technical degree preferred.
