Job Description

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and optimizing commercial strategies across European markets for Arla Foods amba. As a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in FMCG companies or management consulting, you will leverage your expertise to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has P&L knowledge, pricing disciplines, and tools expertise, combined with strong IT skills in Excel and PowerPoint. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities, and independence in thinking and framing problems. Additionally, you should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.

This is an operational role where you will work closely with the European Net Revenue Management (NRM) Centre of Excellence team to develop and execute holistic plans that drive sustainable balance of volume, price, and mix growth using NRM processes outputs. You will partner with local and global senior stakeholders to optimize processes, codify ways of working, and support markets in their change journey towards a more digitally led future around data and analytics.

You will also have the opportunity to train the Arla commercial teams in NRM philosophies, tools, analysis, and executional tactics to build capabilities across the organization. Furthermore, you will continue to develop existing NRM methodology with local teams, synthesize best practices, and share those back with markets.

Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in commercial roles in FMCG companies or management consulting
  • P&L knowledge and pricing disciplines
  • Strong IT skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a range to account for different scenarios.
