Job Title: Specification Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team at People Executive ApS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to increase project sales in Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, including architects and interior designers, to promote Kronospan products in their project specifications
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, manage the specification process and help convert specifications into sales
  • Conduct product presentations to educate and inspire potential clients about the benefits and features of Kronospan products
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with industry professionals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project sales and business development
  • Good technical understanding and commercial mindset
  • Strong drive and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Danish or Swedish and English at negotiation level
  • Ability to work proactively, persistently, and in a structured way
