New Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking an Account Executive in Field Sales Operations to drive new customer growth and net new revenue. As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you'll focus on leaving legacy platforms behind and moving forward with our enterprise management cloud.
- You will develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and share our value proposition.
- Develop relationships with net new customers focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions, particularly core financials.
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data.
