Global Sales Director

As a key member of the Samsøe Samsøe leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the global growth and expansion of our Bags, Shoes, and Accessories portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and expanding international premium sales channels, with a strong ability to balance entrepreneurial vision with a commercial sales approach. They will be responsible for creating a comprehensive global sales strategy, focusing on premium placements, and leading the global rollout and sales expansion of Samsøe Samsøe Hero products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global distribution strategy to expand our presence in high-end department stores and online platforms.
- Lead the global rollout and sales expansion of Samsøe Samsøe Hero products.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and ensure client success.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance regularly to optimise product development.
- Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to align with global brand positioning.
- Sales Training & Support: Ensure that local sales teams and clients understand our product line, brand values, and sales approach.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years in a senior sales role within the fashion industry, with a specific focus on Bags, Shoes, and Accessories.
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding international (premium) sales channels.
- Already established relationships with key retailers such as Galeries Lafayette, LBM, Printemps, Nordstrom, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, SAKS, and similar high-end institutions.
- Ability to analyse market data, consumer behaviour, and sales performance to drive strategic decisions and improve sales outcomes.
