About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Partnership Manager to join our team and drive the strategic development of our partnerships in the laboratory industry. As a key player in our expansion, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining crucial international partnerships with major suppliers, producers, and vendors of laboratory software and hardware equipment.

Working closely with our Commercial Director and CEO, you will formulate and maintain our partnership strategies and tactics. Your primary objective will be to execute partnership strategies and establish successful business cases within a multifaceted sales structure to help reach our ambitious commercial goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing target lists and outreach to prioritized potential vendors and strategic partners
  • Building and maintaining fruitful dialogue and relationships with potential partners
  • Establishing mutually beneficial business cases to drive revenue streams
  • Leading contract negotiations with partners
  • Growing, developing, and nurturing existing partnerships to reach their full potential

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a successful business developer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining revenue-driving partnerships, preferably in the laboratory industry. You should have a strong business acumen, be able to build and implement successful business cases, and have a solid understanding of SaaS metrics and tech development structures.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with commercial and revenue-driving partnerships
  • Strong analytical mind and expertise in building and implementing successful business cases
  • Good understanding of tech and typical SaaS metrics
  • Strong executional skills and ability to organize and deliver on goals
  • Excellent English written and spoken skills
