Asetek, a leading international company, seeks an experienced VP of Global Sales to drive strategic growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of 10 employees across Denmark, USA, and Taiwan.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve significant growth and strengthen Asetek's market position.
  2. Built strong customer relationships with key partners and customers.
  3. Establish and monitor sales team KPIs and performance metrics.
  4. Predict sales and future revenue streams through accurate forecasting.
  5. Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  6. Collaborate with the executive management team on sales performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the computer components or gaming equipment industry.
  • Hands-on experience selling to OEM customers and managing complex international markets.
  • Motivational leadership skills to drive results and success.
  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities to navigate complex situations.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.

About the Role:

This high-profile position comes with a salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and requires up to 100 annual travel days, mainly to Asia and the US. You should be accustomed to traveling extensively in Asia and have experience doing business with Chinese and/or Taiwanese clients.
