We're seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President.

As our new team member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to the CVP through independently managing tasks, activities, and events in our area. This includes coordinating meetings, planning events, managing budgets, and supporting communication tasks.

You'll work closely with our Business Partner to ensure seamless execution of management tasks and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a PA and within management support, preferably in a corporate environment. You'll need solid presentation and communication skills, a flair for numbers, and experience working with budgets.
