Cybersecurity Sales Engineer RoleWe are seeking a talented Senior Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on selling our advanced threat defense techniques, extended detection and response (XDR), and integration across the IT ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity and excellent communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing solutions to complex technical issues in the pre-sales capacity
- Delivering Proof of Concept service to pre-sales customers
- Working in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision to provide detailed technical knowledge of Trend Micro software products
- Delivering detailed technical demos of Trend Cloud Solutions and integrations with key cloud services in AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Proactively owning technical relationships with customers and prospects while engaging internal stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity, preferably with experience in cloud security
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage own time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Quick learner with desire to learn new tools and techniques
