As a Technical Assistance Provider, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees globally, helping them resolve issues with hardware, software, and connectivity to ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing 1st/2nd level support to employees (both onsite and remotely), resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and prioritizing problems from support tickets and alerts, offering effective solutions.
  3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software.
  4. Preparing equipment for new employees.
  5. Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect data and systems.
  6. Maintaining detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
  7. Creating and maintaining documentation and end-user guides.
  8. Participating in IT projects on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing, can-do attitude and people skills rather than extensive experience. A degree in IT or another related field is preferred, but not required. What matters most is your passion for the field and your eagerness to learn, solve problems, and build relationships with others.

Required skills and experiences include experience with On-premise AD, Azure AD, Powershell, Windows (11 and server OS), Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint Online. Systematic approach to troubleshooting is also essential.
