">Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to support our sales team in building pipeline, generating new business meetings, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and is willing to learn and adapt to our fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Supporting the sales team in building pipeline and generating new business meetings
- Generating new leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
- Closing collaboration between the sales team and BDR-team to discover new opportunities
- Building sales cadences and nurturing customer flows
- Reaching quarterly goals to drive maximum growth
- Participating in events and conferences
What You'll Bring
">- Experience as a BDR or within sales is preferred but not mandatory
- You are curious, outgoing, and willing to learn
- You love selling and don't mind speaking to people in all different job positions
- You think that 'no' is better than no answer
- You are creative in ways to interact with people and good at following up
- You are fluent in both English and Danish
Compensation and Benefits
">As a Sales and Growth Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of around 450,000 DKK per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer flexible working hours, a dynamic working environment, and regular social events with your colleagues.
