Global Sales Director: Innovative Leadership Opportunity

International Sales Role
Asetek, a market-leading company with a strong international presence and a focus on quality and innovation, seeks a highly skilled VP of Global Sales to drive strategic development and execution on a global scale.
The successful candidate will lead the company's sales organisation consisting of 10 employees across Denmark, USA, and Taiwan. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and market position.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key customers and partners.
- Developing and following up on sales team KPIs and performance.
- Responsible for forecasting to predict sales and future revenue streams.
- Identifying and executing on new market opportunities and developing the company's go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborating with the board and executive management team on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have solid experience in a similar sales position and experience working with companies producing computer components and/or gaming equipment. It is essential that you have hands-on experience selling to OEM customers and are accustomed to working in complex international markets. Experience selling online to the Chinese market is an advantage.
This role involves up to 100 annual travel days, primarily to Asia and the US. You should be comfortable travelling extensively in these regions and have experience doing business with the Chinese and/or Taiwanese markets.
You must be fluent in English and possess excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems. Residence in Denmark is also a requirement.

You should be independent, hardworking, outgoing, trustworthy, and persistent by nature, with the ability to build good relationships with key customers. A structured approach and keen analytical and strategic sense are also essential, allowing you to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is around DKK 1,200,000 - 1,500,000 (approximately USD 180,000 - 220,000) depending on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on factors such as location, industry standards, and individual performance.
