The Role
This exciting opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of optimizing commercial processes and developing knowledge, best practices, and unique value propositions. As the Head of Commercial Excellence, you will play a key role in shaping Falck's commercial strategy and ensuring that our services reach the people who need them the most.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Early Engagement: Collaborate with the Early Engagement Lead to develop structures that facilitate proactive engagement across Falck's ambulance countries.
- Clinical Risk Management: Lead the development and management of our CRM system to effectively track and manage Falck's international ambulance business pipeline.
- Bid Management: Ensure that Falck consistently presents compelling value propositions, focusing on solution selling, and strategic costing & pricing.
- Process Improvement: Promote clear processes and internal governance, applying to local and global sales, other group functions as well as local management.
- Governance: Act as the process owner for the bid process, ensuring governance and sign-off are transparent and collaborative.
- Pricing and Costing: Develop and maintain simulation models for future contracts and benchmark existing services, prioritizing a collaborative approach with local operational teams to costing and approvals.
- Customer Analysis: Analyse customer needs, develop tailored value propositions, and conduct competitor analysis with a strong emphasis on understanding different stakeholder needs.
- Contract Management: Oversee ongoing contract management in the Danish operations of Ambulance and Fire, ensuring that our practices are equitable and effective.
- Talent Development: Champion customer orientation and promote a progressive commercial agenda, nurturing talent and professionalism within your team.
