Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive solutions via phone and email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the support team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our processes, ultimately leading to better customer outcomes.
- Communication and Feedback: Communicate relevant feedback and issues from customers within the support team using established escalation flows and channels, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is a fundamental requirement for this role.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or product support.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and a structured approach to work.
