The Role: Customer Success Associate
This role is an exciting opportunity to help roll out across the UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and other exciting markets.
You'll be tasked with the ownership of the entire customer journey with accounts and working closely with senior team members to maintain and build on effective customer strategies.
- Drive our customers' success
- Oversee the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, retention and renewals
- Work closely with our Developers, Marketing and Sales team to meet our customer's expectations
- Understand our customers and take ownership of their needs internally and externally
