About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Professional to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling sales and lead generation via phone and email to potential new customers in Denmark and will be the first point of contact in the Sales Department for our small and medium-size customers in Denmark.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer acquisition and retention, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. They will also have good administrative skills, attention to detail, and be self-motivated, well-organized, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily communication with existing customers
- Reaching out via phone and email to potential new customers
- Generating leads for the Regional Sales Managers
- Handling inbound phone calls and online requests regarding product information
