We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in beautiful Barcelona, Spain.

Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts. You will handle incoming inquiries efficiently, record call details, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products.

  • You will work closely with senior team members to escalate potential service issues and adhere to project processes and procedures.
  • Additionally, you will provide coverage for other agents in their absence and collaborate on specific team projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via multiple channels
  • Record call details and ensure timely responses and resolutions
  • Maintain knowledge of company services and products
  • Escalate potential issues to senior team members
  • Collaborate on team projects and provide coverage for colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native or fluent Danish language skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with IT platforms and applications is an asset

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €25,000 to €35,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, we provide a higher salary from the 7th month, a dynamic and creative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
