Lindt & Sprüngli Denmark is a leading premium chocolate brand seeking a driven individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Junior Key Account Manager. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Danish market.
Job Description:
As a Junior KAM, you will support the Danish Sales team in growing Lindt's presence in the Danish market. Your key responsibilities include supporting customer meetings, product launches, forecasting and sales planning. You will analyze sales performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns and assortment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Key Account Manager in customer meetings, product launches, forecasting and sales planning.
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns and assortment strategies.
- Manage promotions and trade marketing activities to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Follow up on invoices, agreements, and product registrations to ensure seamless operations.
- Help prepare for customer negotiations and participate in negotiations where appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to execute key initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, key account management (FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with SAP, Power BI and AC Nielsen is a plus).
