Key Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive commercial growth within GE Grid Solutions. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue.
  • Responsible for sales of Power Transmission products by developing new customer accounts and growing business volume with existing customers.
  • Create, communicate, and execute sales/growth strategies and well-defined account + action plans for each assigned customer and key product/service offerings.
  • Lead outcome selling account planning process with each strategic account to establish a deep understanding of their business outcomes and needs, and align and quantify our value proposition with our customer's specific business outcomes.
  • Creating and driving account opportunities from prospecting to closure using tools and teams available to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • Significant experience within sales.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university, college or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
  • Customer orientated/Growth mindset.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Ability to develop key customer relationships.
  • Full proficiency in English and Danish.
