About the Role

  • Guide a remarkable team dedicated to providing exceptional and unique demonstrations. Collaborate with the Sales department to assist your team in assessing and formulating sales strategies for each new opportunity that not only meets but surpasses the expectations and requirements of prospects and clients.
  • Recruit and retain top talent. Develop comprehensive growth plans for team members to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing education. Mentor the team to enhance both individual and collective performance.
  • Coordinate with extended team members to ensure alignment of opportunities. Manage the workload of the Solutions Consultant team while addressing the needs of Sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and methodologies, including emerging technologies at Workday. Provide strategic insights to stakeholders and the extended team regarding new technological advancements.
  • Foster a robust collaborative relationship between the Presales team and the Sales organization, as well as with other teams across EMEA.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience as a presales solution consultant.
  • Proven track record in leading projects, working groups, and opportunity teams.
  • High level of accountability in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills, particularly with C-level audiences.
  • Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage various projects in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Consistent achievement or surpassing of assigned objectives and targets.
  • Success in mentoring colleagues to help them acquire new skills and reach their career aspirations.
  • Collaboration with individuals in different roles to pursue common goals.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian.

Basic Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience managing a team of Solutions Consultants or a Presales team.
  • More than 3 years of experience in team management.
