Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. in Copenhagen. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and cross-sell to customers via phone and email
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to drive business growth
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Business-level Danish and English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial mindset and sales acumen
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
