Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Business Manager for our water & waste business. This exciting role will drive sales and business development in close collaboration with our sales companies and service teams around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive strategic development of Alfa Laval's water & waste business
  2. Secure growth and profitability of decanter water & waste portfolio sales through the sales companies
  3. Manage and support technical and commercial negotiations together with the sales companies
  4. Motivate and coach global sales forces to enable execution of strategy and delivery of objectives
  5. Enable long-term competence development in the sales companies
  6. Develop sales through CRM, E-commerce, and best practices
  7. Launch products and services in cooperation with product management
  8. Support marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and sales

This position is based at our Copenhagen office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 40-60 days per year.
