Regional Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to drive sales and business development for our global water & waste business.
This role offers numerous interfaces within Alfa Laval, providing an opportunity to be part of a professional team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and contributing to the sustainability of the global water & waste industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to grow and strengthen our water & waste business.
- Collaborate with sales companies to secure growth and profitability of decanter water & waste portfolio sales.
- Negotiate technical and commercial agreements with sales companies.
- Motivate and coach global sales forces to execute strategies and achieve objectives.
- Support long-term competence development in sales companies.
- Enhance sales through CRM, e-commerce, and best practices.
- Launch products and services in cooperation with product management.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.
This role requires a deep understanding of wastewater processes and applications, as well as experience working with mechanical rotating equipment. Strong digital sales tools proficiency and effective communication skills are also essential.
