Commercial Growth Lead for NCE Region

The role of Commercial Growth Lead for NCE Region is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join Lundbeck A/S, H's team. In this position, you will lead key initiatives, foster collaboration across countries and functions, and develop essential commercial, medical, and market access capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing the support, tools, and guidance necessary to drive business growth and customer excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop business cases to realize revenue growth across NCE.
- Create market entry strategies for new products and set revenue targets.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze and benchmark business performance using key metrics.
- Drive adoption of analytics and identify underperforming areas.
Change Management:
- Support upskilling of sales teams on new digital tools.
- Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical markets including healthcare systems in countries across the region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate at different levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Danish.
