About the Role
Hollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures, and markets healthcare products worldwide. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Nordic Customer Service organization in Denmark.
Job Summary
- Collaborate with the Nordic Customer Service organization to support the Nordic Business Units in delivering a superior customer experience.
- Manage customer orders and calls, handle customer complaint registration, and address other customer-related matters as needed.
Responsibilities
- Delivering Customer Excellence
- Deliver a superior customer experience for both internal and external customers.
- Handle orders, calls, backorders, and claims based on departmental KPIs.
- Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email.
- Take a proactive approach towards customers and collaboration partners.
- Perform administrative back-office tasks such as tender support, pricelist updates, etc.
- Maintain a high level of quality and service standards.
- Ensure efficient task handling and meet performance-driven goals.
- Participate in customer events throughout the year.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment within the team.
Requirements
- Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and SAP (an asset).
- Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English and a minimum of 2 Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian).
