About the Role

Hollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures, and markets healthcare products worldwide. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Nordic Customer Service organization in Denmark.

Job Summary

  • Collaborate with the Nordic Customer Service organization to support the Nordic Business Units in delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Manage customer orders and calls, handle customer complaint registration, and address other customer-related matters as needed.

Responsibilities

  1. Delivering Customer Excellence
  • Deliver a superior customer experience for both internal and external customers.
  • Handle orders, calls, backorders, and claims based on departmental KPIs.
Proactive Customer Engagement
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email.
  • Take a proactive approach towards customers and collaboration partners.
Administrative Support
  • Perform administrative back-office tasks such as tender support, pricelist updates, etc.
Quality and Efficiency
  • Maintain a high level of quality and service standards.
  • Ensure efficient task handling and meet performance-driven goals.
Event Participation and Office Management
  • Participate in customer events throughout the year.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Communication and Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and SAP (an asset).
  • Language Proficiency
    • Fluency in English and a minimum of 2 Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian).
