Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success or project management within SaaS. Your expertise in financial crime prevention and stakeholder management will be invaluable in this role. You'll work closely with enterprise customers to ensure seamless onboarding, foster strong relationships, and help them maximize the value of Avallone's solutions.

  • Lead Onboarding and Implementation: Develop tailored project plans that align with customer goals, ensuring successful technical integrations and API implementations.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, executives, and Avallone's Product, Sales, Engineering, and Financial Crime Prevention teams.
  • Customer Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices and supporting their success with Avallone's platform.
  • Advocate for Customers: Share feedback with internal teams and influence our product roadmap to drive customer satisfaction and success.
  • Analyze Outcomes: Improve processes, develop SOPs and templates, and enhance our Customer Success function.

As a strategic thinker with hands-on execution, you'll thrive in our dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on our customers' success.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in customer success or project management within SaaS, with expertise in financial crime prevention and stakeholder management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders from IT teams to C-suite executives.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling slides.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused, empathetic, and skilled at solving pain points.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with hands-on execution to achieve goals.
  • Flexibility: Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
