About the Role
This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results in the M&A industry. As a Junior Corporate Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding entrepreneurs through the buying or selling process of companies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting business and market analyses, preparing valuations and bid books, establishing relationships with potential buyers and sellers, approaching new buyers and sellers, nurturing and maintaining the company network, drafting financing applications, and resolving financing issues. We require a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and passion for driving business growth.
