Introduction:

As the Customer Success team manager, you'll lead by example, fostering close cooperation with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure unified strategic efforts. Your role emphasises hands-on leadership, guiding the team towards excellence in onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You will actively engage in customer calls, provide direct support, and inspire the team through exemplary collaboration. By continually assessing team and customer interactions, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, reinforcing a culture of customer-centricity, teamwork, and achievement.

This role allows you to learn from experts, meet incredible people in an international environment, and take charge of projects to enhance your technical and leadership skills.


In this role, you will:

Serve as a player-coach within the team, actively participating in calls, providing hands-on support, and leading by example to inspire teamwork and collaboration. Conduct ongoing reviews of team performance and customer interactions to identify and solve team challenges. Create and execute simple coaching plans to maintain a high-performing, motivated team and enhance onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion processes. Build robust partnerships with marketing, sales, and product teams to align departmental strategies with overarching business goals, focusing on the customer journey. Lead the pursuit of operational excellence by identifying essential systems and tools to increase efficiency within the customer success organisation.

We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience: Concrete and recent experience being a Customer Success Manager, owning revenue, i.e., expansion and renewal, Tech-savviness: the ability to build out "plays" and workflows, with experience in tools like Salesforce, Monday, Notion, and Slack, Coaching skills: the motivation to develop and implement coaching plans and upskilling plans Strategic thinking: Demonstrates ability to establish strong relationships with other departments and coordinate strategic efforts across the organisation.
