nShift is on an exciting high-growth journey, and we are looking for a new Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. Are you passionate about driving sales success and streamlining operations?

Salary range: Competitive and commensurate with experience
About You:
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. Excellent negotiation skills that can turn potential problems into opportunities. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable plans. Technical skills required to manage CRM systems and other sales tools.Key Responsibilities:Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Monitor sales metrics and provide insightful reports to leadership. Ensure the CRM system is optimally configured and used by the sales team. Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and product teams to align efforts and achieve company goals. Identify and implement best practices for sales operations.Required Skills:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of success. Excellent relationship-building capabilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee and plan for future challenges. Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools.Desired Traits:Confident in presenting ideas and feedback. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. Adept at simplifying complex processes. Collaborative approach, believing in the strength of teamwork. Strong time management skills, able to prioritise and multi-task.During the initial training phase, you'll need to be in the office most of the week. After that, you'll be required to come in one day a week with your team, while the other days can be spent working remotely.
