2021.AI is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of our AI solutions across various industries.

About the Role As a Sales Executive at 2021.AI, you will report to COO and work closely with leadership to unlock new relationships and evolve our revenue. This role also offers tremendous long-term potential growth as we continue to grow our sales organization. You will cooperate with senior business professionals and the teams that build our core product features, demonstrate product value to users, and empower people to use the Platform. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales process from prospecting to closing deals with new and existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly in the areas of responsible AI practices and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution: Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for our AI, Responsible AI and AI Governance platform. Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and opportunities. Engage with potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and compliance officers. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and requirements in AI deployment and governance. Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that address client needs and highlight the value of our solutions. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all opportunities. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and AI governance. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine sales collateral, campaigns, and lead generation activities. Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of AI, responsible AI adoption and governance.
Skills and Qualifications: Commercial education (master degree level); 5-8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology, AI, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) sectors Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a complex sales environment Extended experience in relationship building and Account Management on C-level. Experience within one or more sectors (Banking, Insurance, Life Science, Public) Experience in selling Enterprise software; Strong understanding of AI technologies, ethical AI practices, and AI governance frameworks Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to engage with and influence senior-level executives and stakeholders Contract handling; Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for technology and its potential to create positive societal impact.
