Vi er vokset hurtigt og bekæmper nu madspild i 17 lande, med mere end 1.300 ansatte. Sammen har vi reddet mere end 250 millioner måltider globalt. Men der er meget mere madspild at redde, og derfor har vi brug for ekstra kræfter til vores danske Team på Østerbro.

Vi leder efter en dygtig Sales Specialist som kan indgå i det succesfulde danske Team og som med sit drive og commitment kan bidrage aktivt til at vokse den danske forretning.

Om dig og dine kvalifikationer:

Du har kendskab til hvordan det daglige arbejde i HoReCa forløber, enten har du arbejdet med restauranter og caféer før, eller også har du tidligere arbejdet inden for området. Du kan inspirere og influere vores partnere og sammen med dem skabe de bedste løsninger for at mindske madspildet i butikkerne. Du brænder igennem med dine budskaber både på telefon og til møder og er ikke bleg for at stille dig op foran større forsamlinger for at tale om Too Good To Go.

Rollen:

Daglig dialog med kunder omkring diverse loyalitetsskabende aktiviteter som bidrager til tættere partnerskaber og bedre forretningsmuligheder (bl.a. til restauranter, caféer, fastfood-restauranter, bagerier etc.)
Vi leder løbende efter flere partnere, som ønsker at redde mad sammen med os og derfor er new bizz aktiviteter en stor del af jobbet, som bl.a. består i at kontakte nye potentielle kunder. Derfor skal du være vant til, samt komfortabel med store mængder af opkald på telefonen.
Proaktivitet, hvor du kontakter såvel som besøger kundeemner, er afgørende for at have succes i stillingen. Din opgave bliver løbende at optimere din eksisterende kundeportefølje og sikre bedst mulig vækst via diverse salgsværktøjer.
Du kommer til at indgå i et passioneret salgs-team bestående af 4 personer, hvor du kan søge sparring og dialog om hvordan du på bedst mulig måde får etableret en stærk portefølje af partnere.
Du kan arbejde selvstændigt, og tage aktiv del i at prioritere din arbejdsbyrde såvel som at kommunikere klart og åbent med din leder.
Du er vant til at arbejde systematisk med salgsopgaver og levere et fokuseret arbejde, som går i tråd med parternes behov samt virksomhedens mål.
Vi søger en holdspiller, der omfavner det overordnede formål med Too Good To Go og er klar til at udleve virksomhedens værdier.

Krav:
Erfaring i en salgs- eller forretningsudviklingsrolle, specifikt udgående salg, hvor du har lukket salg over telefon
Erfaring med "cold-calling", og er vedholdende samt motiveret til at lykkedes med mange opkald.
Erfaring med at styre din egen salgspipeline og prioritere data baseret på indsigt
