Vi søger for vores kunde DSE Test Solutions A/S i Horsens en ambitiøs Sales Manager til salg og rådgivning af avancerede testløsninger til industri- og elektronik-virksomheder i Skandinavien. I jobbet kommer du til at samarbejde med kompetente ingeniører, teknikere og projektledere, der tager ansvar for design, udvikling og implementering.
Med reference til virksomhedens CSO bliver du ansvarlig for afsætning af kundespecifikke systemløsninger til en meget veldefineret skandinavisk kundemålgruppe. Du bliver en del af en markedsledende og overskudsgivende specialistvirksomhed, som har været på markedet for testløsninger i mere end 25 år. Og referencelisten tæller en lang række anerkendte nationale og internationale virksomheder.
Dine hovedarbejdsopgaver vil omfatte følgende:
- Personligt opsøgende salgsarbejde rettet mod såvel nye som eksisterende kunder
- Udarbejdelse af værdiskabende løsningsforslag og tilbud i samarbejde med virksomhedens tekniske specialister
- Kontraktforhandling og overlevering af ordrer til virksomhedens projektorganisation
- Vedligehold og udbygning af samarbejdsrelationer
- Udvikling og gennemførsel af forskellige målrettede markedsføringsaktiviteter i samarbejde med virksomhedens marketingfunktion

Vores forventninger til dig:
Du har sandsynligvis en teoretisk uddannelse inden for elektronik eller IT, der gerne må være overbygget med en kommerciel efteruddannelse. Du har nogle års erfaring fra en stilling med rådgivning og projektsalg. Alternativt har du erfaring som presales eller kommercielt orienteret projektleder. Du formår at analysere teknisk komplekse behov og finde de rette løsningsalternativer. Du har solid gennemslagskraft og evner at kommunikere på flere organisatoriske niveauer. Du er resultatorienteret, tålmodig og har et højt aktivitetsniveau, der er over gennemsnittet. Du formulerer dig professionelt på engelsk og dansk i både skrift og tale.
Vi forventer, at du har bopæl således, at din transporttid til virksomhedens kontor i Horsens udgør maksimum 60 minutter.
Om virksomheden:
Vores kunde DSE Test Solutions A/S er en eksportorienteret og ISO certificeret teknologivirksomhed med 35 medarbejdere, der har domicil i Horsens. Virksomheden har været i sit marked i mere end 25 år, og er kendetegnet ved professionalisme, et rigtig godt arbejdsmiljø og medarbejdere med lang anciennitet. DSE udvikler en række specialløsninger inden for sine nicher, som er automatiseret test og unikke måleinstrumenter. Løsningerne indeholder typisk en kombination af elektronik, software og mekanik, og udvikles i tæt samarbejde med tekniske specialister hos virksomhedens kunder.
Tiltrædelse:
1. november / 1. december 2024 eller efter nærmere aftale.
