NLC er et førende nordisk licensagentur, der repræsenterer nogle af verdens mest ikoniske brands som Warner Bros. Discovery, Hello Kitty, Care Bears og Tour de France. Vi formidler globale underholdnings-, livsstils- og sportsbrands til virksomheder, ved at matche deres produkter med det rette brand for at skabe nye indtægtsstrømme gennem strategisk licensering.
Vi søger en ambitiøs og engageret Retail & Category Manager Toys til vores nordiske team på 11 i København. I denne nøgleposition får du ansvaret for at drive vækst for vores licensgivere ved at udvikle innovative aktiveringer med vigtigste nordiske detailkæder, opbygge stærke partnerskaber og sikre optimal synlighed for produkter på tværs af de nordiske markeder. Stillingen refererer direkte til vores Nordic Director og du vil være en del af det nordiske kategoriteam på 4 personer. Dine hovedansvarsområder vil være:
Retail management:
- Udvikle og implementere en årlig strategisk retail plan for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) prioriterede brands.
- Sikre, at retail-strategierne er i overensstemmelse med WBD’s regionale strategi og NLC’s nøgleprioriteter.
- Opbygge og udvikle strategiske partnerskaber med marketingteams hos nøgleforhandlere i hvert marked.
- Foretage løbende analyser af det lokale detailmiljø og identificere vigtige trends.
- Vedligeholde og opdatere detailkalenderen og dele den med NLC's kategori-team for at maksimere detailkampagner.
Kategori management (Legetøj):
- Udarbejde, implementere og gennemføre en årlig strategisk plan for legetøjskategorien i overensstemmelse med licensgivers regionale strategier.
- Løbende vurdere forretningsmuligheder på markedet, og identificere whitespace på lande-, kategori- og subkategoriniveau.
- Supportere regionale licenstagere i de nordiske lande med brand-opdateringer, distributionsanbefalinger og aktiveringsmuligheder i detailkæderne.
- Ansvarlig for kategoribudget og forecast samt løbende opdateringer og rapporteringer.
- Udarbejde deal memos baseret på forretningsplaner og forhandlinger og sikre godkendelse fra licenshavere.
- Opretholde en grundig forståelse af kontraktbetingelser i overensstemmelse med interne og licensgivers processer.
Din profil:
- Vi søger en nysgerrig salgsprofil med en positiv energi.
- Kommerciel uddannelse, f.eks. Markedsøkonom eller Bachelor med minimum 2-3 års erhvervserfaring.
- Gerne erfaring inden for retail- og/eller kategoristyring fra Licensing, legetøjsbranchen eller relaterede industrier.
- God forståelse af retail-markedet og legetøjsbranchen i Norden.
- Stærk til at netværke og en teamplayer både på eksternt og internt niveau.
- God kommerciel og finansiel forståelse.
- Fremragende kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
- Forståelse af proces og projektledelse.
- Flydende i skrift og tale på dansk og engelsk.
- Rutineret bruger af Microsoft Office pakken.
