Contribute to driving the global strategy of our biggest Pandora collection

In this role within the Pandora Global Business Unit, you will contribute to set the direction and drive the global strategy of our Pandora Moments collections. You will work with an ambitious team to translate learnings, insights and data into clear actionable plans and product roadmaps to guide campaign development and 360 go-to-market plans.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are to:

  • Gather and deliver insights and learnings from markets, competition, merchandising and consumer and competitive research
  • Monitor the performance of the business, taking corrective actions for short, medium, and longer term
  • Help identifying growth opportunities based on short term commercial wins and medium-term brand building opportunities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders
  • Contribute in the definition and the implementation of the brand strategy across Pandora’s number 1 collection for charms and bracelets

Furthermore, we should possess the following:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • 1-3+ years’ strategic marketing experience, managing a brand, product or category ideally in a global or regional context
  • Existing experience or a keen interest/affinity in one of the following industries is a plus: jewelry, fashion, fast-fashion, fragrance, cosmetics
  • An understanding of the cultural and creative side of the marketing mix such as consumers and industry trends
  • Analytical skills and data driven approach: ability to work with large sets of data
  • Strong passion for understanding consumers and experience in turning consumer insights into business growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire action through motivation
  • Stakeholder management skills: ability to manage various stakeholders, build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and local markets
