What You’ll Do

Sales – Be the Dream Maker

  • Engage with clients to understand their unique group travel needs and aspirations.
  • Design and present inspiring, tailor-made proposals that spark excitement and align with client goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner for every group travel adventure.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with suppliers to secure the best deals and exclusive experiences.
  • Actively contribute to our growth by identifying new opportunities and championing innovative travel solutions.

Operations – Be the Orchestrator

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of group travel programs, ensuring every detail is flawless.
  • Coordinate logistics, from transportation to accommodations and activities, delivering experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Anticipate challenges and navigate last-minute changes with creativity and grace.
  • Manage budgets meticulously to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
  • Gather feedback post-trip, celebrating successes and learning from every experience.

Collaboration – Be the Connector

  • Work closely with marketing, suppliers, and internal teams to create and promote inspiring group travel packages.
  • Keep communication flowing seamlessly with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism and passion, building lasting partnerships within the industry.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven background in sales and operations, ideally in group travel, hospitality, or the DMC industry.
  • Passion: A deep love for travel and creating extraordinary experiences.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Energy: A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with travel booking platforms is a bonus.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a big plus.
