About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Excellence Leader to join our team at Demant Polska. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and excellence across our global operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead our engagement journey for sales excellence practices. You will develop presentations and host meetings using global insights to discuss commercial improvements with local and global sales management and other key stakeholders.

You will communicate global processes, insights, and tools in a simple and engaging manner. Additionally, you will co-develop new sales excellence insights with selected markets and roll out globally.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with other teams such as Commercial Technology (Salesforce CRM) and Commercial Data and Analytics (Power BI) to bring valuable solutions to the markets.

You should expect 8-12 travel days a year, but we encourage remote work and flexibility in your schedule.
