About the job:
You will be part of the French/Benelux team at the Madrid office, where your main objective is to support revenue growth by:
- Generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the French market.
- Identifying, contacting, and communicating with potential customers or partners.
- Operating as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers.
- Carefully designing your prospecting strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Qualifications and expectations towards you:
- Native proficiency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
- It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have.
- You are responsible, positive, and take ownership of your tasks.
- A self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes and learning from them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
(+ Not necessary, but nice to haves)
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CRM tools.
