About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  2. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  3. Research and identify new business opportunities across target markets.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and execute targeted campaigns.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and outreach.

  4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing sales strategies.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not necessary.
