Du bliver nøglemedarbejder i vores Customer Care team, der samarbejder tæt med både vores udviklingsafdeling og implementeringsafdeling i Danmark, og på sigt også i udlandet. Afdelingens mission er at bidrage til, at Intellis er kendt i Danmark som en IT-leverandør, der spiller en afgørende og essentiel rolle for nuværende og kommende kunder. Du kommer til at referere til vores CTO.

Som Customer Care / IT-supporter hos os bliver du en central figur i vores stræben efter at levere enestående kundeservice. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores brugere og sikre, at de får den nødvendige hjælp til at få vores produkt til at fungere optimalt.
Intellis Customer Care er første kontaktpunkt for vores kunder og dagligt håndterer afdelingen henvendelser med alt fra spørgsmål til systemet, undervisning og sparring af mere teknisk karakter. Der samarbejdes tæt sammen med virksomhedens andre afdelinger omkring problemløsning, men Customer Care brænder for at tage ejerskab af den brede vifte af opgaver. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du har teknisk flair og forståelse, så du kan sparre med vores driftsafdeling og udviklingsafdeling. Din rolle er ikke kun at være på telefonen, men også være med til at løse sager af teknisk karakter.
Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:
- At yde sparring og teknisk support til vores kunder via telefon, e-mail og chat. Supporten vil være både 1st og 2nd level
- At analysere og løse tekniske problemer hurtigt og effektivt
- At vejlede og assistere brugere i at få mest muligt ud af vores produkt
- At identificere og rapportere potentielle forbedringer af vores systemer og processer
- Deltage i videreudvikling af processer som fremmer kundetilfredsheden
- Sparring med udviklingsafdelingen i forhold til videreudvikling af løsningen
- Du taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk
- Er serviceminded og imødekommende, og brænder for dine kollegaer og kunder
- Har et analytisk gen og kan omsætte viden og data til nye initiativer
- Har gode mundtlige og skriftlige kommunikationsevner
- Har et drive, der hjælper os til at nå et uovertruffet serviceniveau
- Har en solid viden om IT-support, erfaring og interesse indenfor IT samt en nysgerrig og handlingsorienteret tilgang til dit arbejde
- Er proaktiv, tager ejerskab for dine arbejdsopgaver og ser dig selv som en del af løsningen
Det er en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til indkøbs- og udbudsområdet, kontraktstyring og/eller e-handel, men det er ikke er krav.
