Customer Service Operations Lead

Lead by Example
This is an opportunity to drive success as a hands-on team leader, guiding and motivating your team while working alongside them to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for managing tasks, planning workloads, resolving challenges, and fostering collaboration.
You'll handle customer inquiries via email, striving to deliver exceptional service. You'll coordinate and lead the team across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards. As a mentor, you'll provide ongoing support and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for training new team members and developing existing employees through organized workshops and training sessions. Additionally, you'll prepare performance reports and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities for improving service. When customer issues arise, you'll take the lead in resolving them and escalating when necessary.
Requirements- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly identify root causes of customer issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages and in English.
- Highly organized and skilled at task prioritization to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Analytical thinking and creativity to handle complex issues and improve processes for better customer experiences.
