About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Public 360° team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and fostering effective stakeholder relationships.

The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for designing and executing our country-specific go-to-market strategy, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and leading our account management efforts towards strategic customers and potential new business partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of our country-level sales strategy, focusing on Total Contract Value (TCV), new logos, cloud migrations, and module sales.
  • Develop and nurture our value proposition within the Danish market, ensuring alignment with our global sales strategy.
  • Manage key customer relationships, driving sales processes, and developing tailored sales cases.
  • Oversight of our Opportunity Management Process (OMP) and tender process in Denmark.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, including product organization, marketing, and relevant Tietoevry units, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.

About You:
  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably within product sales to public sector customers.
  • Deep understanding of the public sector digitalization agenda and ability to rethink win and market strategy.
  • Established network within the Danish public sector, with experience driving sales cases with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement and tender processes, as well as contract management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams and foster open communication.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required in business administration, information science, economics, or relevant fields.
  • Excellent command of English, as it is our internal working language.
