Hos OK har vi en ambitiøs strategi, vi skal være den fortrukne grønne energipartner til danskerne, og herunder en markant spiller på markedet for el-løsninger. Som Partnership Manager får du en central rolle i at skaffe de mange el-kunder, som skal til for at realisere denne strategi. Du bliver en del af et dynamisk team i Channel Management i afdelingen Energi og Bolig, som rummer otte dygtige medarbejdere, der dækker over alt fra Partner Manager, Partner Development Manager, Channel Development Manager og studentermedhjælpere. Vi arbejder alle med samme strategiske og kommercielle målsætning om at vækste OK's el-forretning.

Det bliver din hovedopgave at identificere, kontakte og udvikle samarbejdspartnere. Det vil som oftest være virksomheder, der har stærke kundesegmenter og som kan videresælge OK's el-aftaler til privatkunder. Derudover skal du videreudvikle vores eksisterende partnerskaber, sikre deres succes og skabe værdi gennem tæt dialog og opfølgning med dem.

Dine primære opgaver:
  • Identificere og opsøge potentielle samarbejdspartnere med stærke kundesegmenter
  • Opbygge og udvikle relationer med eksisterende og nye partnere
  • Drive forhandlinger og sikre stærke løsninger for både OK og samarbejdspartnerne
  • Skabe en strategisk tilgang til partnerskaber, så de understøtter OK's vækststrategi
  • Sikre tæt opfølgning og udvikling af samarbejder, så de løbende optimeres og vokser
  • Bidrage til den strategiske udvikling af OK's partnerkanaler
  • Eventuelt facilitere teknisk dialog om integrationer mellem partnernes systemer og OK's løsninger
Hvem er du?

Vi søger en proaktiv og relationsstærk profil med erfaring inden for Key Account Management, partnerskabsudvikling eller lignende. Du trives med at finde og opbygge nye relationer og kan håndtere flere parallelle forløb samtidig og er skarp i forhandlinger. Har du samtidig en god teknisk forståelse, der kan understøtte integrationen af eksterne systemer med OK's systemer, er det en fordel – men ikke et krav.

Derudover har du:
  • Erfaring med B2B-samarbejder, gerne inden for energi, abonnementsløsninger eller lignende
  • En stærk evne til at opbygge og vedligeholde professionelle relationer
  • En struktureret og selvstændig arbejdsstil – du trives med at tage initiativ
  • Kommerciel forståelse og blik for forretningsudvikling
  • Stærke kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner
  • Kørekort og bil, da stillingen indebærer kundebesøg
